About Isabella
I really enjoy teaching, so I am very passionate about my lessons. I am typically very patient and will take the time to explain everything that is not understood. I love plants, so most of my examples relate back to biological chemistry while also incorporating basic chemistry topics and ideas. I try and teach with humor, which from my experience helps students de-stress. I foster a low-stress, relaxing environment that will help students learn and retain information with ease.

I go in-depth in my lessons and ensure everything is understood before moving on to the next topic. I follow a general chemistry OpenStax textbook for high school and a slower lesson plan based on worksheets for middle school. I try to use as many interactive programs as possible, such as lab simulations and drawing simulations. I really love chemistry and I have a real passion for it, so I try and help people whenever I can. My lessons are for middle school general chemistry and physical science, and for general chemistry or AP Chemistry for high school.
