About María
I am a student of the last year of English Studies and Galician and Portuguese Studies. I have been teaching English and other school and high school subjects for two years and I am currently an extracurricular English instructor. The children that I teach or have taught are from 3 to 9 years old and from 12 to 17 years old.

As an extracurricular English teacher, my main task is that students learn English in a dynamic and fun way. In orther to do that, we learn songs, watch videos, play games, etc. All activities are related to the topic we are learning (conversation, vocabulary, etc.).
As a private tutor, I adapt to the needs of the child. If the objective is improving the oral expression or learning vocabulary, I also do different dynamic activities so that the student can participate actively (telling stories, pictionary style games, hangman, etc.). If it is a question of improving theoretical subjects, I try to explain the topics in a simple way, I listen to the doubts that they may have and I propose exercises to reinforce those topics.
