About Saikiran
On the personal front, I am an overthinker and base my decisions emotionally around people. Though it has not helped me a lot of times, the satisfaction that I feel when it has helped me overshoots the dejection that I have faced when I have been hurt.
Professionally, teaching started as a hobby and then eventually became my passion. From teaching to managing and training teachers, the transformation has truly been phenomenal. I currently head the Operations and Customer Engagement vertical at India’s Largest Education Technology company and ensure that our students get a “Wow” experience.
