Music has no methodology according to me. It flows when there is happiness and appreciation all around. No matter who the artist, he needs to be encouraged. Every master was once a student. I learn from children more than what i can teach them.
As for academics , its simple, one can put in 20 % effort over 5 years or 100% over a year. I try to push through along these lines
