About Ayub

Hello, my name is Ayub Azam and I am an experienced tutor ready to help you excel in math! Tutoring has always been my passion, as I enjoy working with students to overcome their difficulties. Having worked for five different tutoring organizations in the past, with over 100+ hours teaching, I believe that I possess valuable knowledge and a deep understanding of what it takes for students to learn independently and to actually understand the process rather than memorize it.

About the lesson

I believe every student learns differently and that there is no one-size-fits-all method for every student. Having worked with students of different ages, I believe that working with the student and finding out what works for them is vital for them to learn new information.

I am open to working with students on any homework they might have or providing them with material for them to learn. From experience, practice with homework problems and a thorough review of learned content are what allow information to stick with the student.

As a graduate of the Ontario public and secondary school systems, I understand the challenges students face when learning in the classroom. My experience with both the system and tutoring other students in the past has allowed me to become prepared to address most difficulties that students have when learning difficult subjects such as math. I am willing to work with both students and parents to address any problems that many students, including myself, have experienced before.

My experience of tutoring covers people of different ages, and I'm willing to tutor anyone in either elementary or secondary school.
