About Savannah Isabella
Hello! I’m Savannah, a graduate student at Southern New Hampshire University completing my M.Ed. in Education with a concentration in Dyslexia and Language-Based Learning Disabilities. I specialize in reading, writing, and executive functioning support, and I’m passionate about helping all learners — especially those with unique challenges — build confidence and independence. My focus is turning struggles into strengths, one student at a time!

I use Differentiated Instruction and the Science of Reading to help students grow in reading and writing, while also teaching executive functioning strategies to support diverse learners. My lessons follow a PPP structure (Presentation, Practice, Production): I introduce the material, we practice together, and then students demonstrate their understanding through an activity or independent task.
As both an educator-in-training and a neurodivergent learner, I bring empathy, patience, and practical strategies that go beyond theory. I work with K–12 students and beyond, tailoring each lesson to individual needs so that every learner feels capable and confident.
My goal is to equip students with the tools to become independent readers, writers, thinkers, and leaders. I’d be excited to support your learning journey!
