Hello there!
I am Amandine, passionate about language and especially English culture. Although I may be new to teaching, with a peppy mind, I will adapt to your learning style with a zest of panic but a lot of good humor.
I have a Bac+5 degree in English (License and Master LLCER) and have just finished a preparation class for the teaching competition of the External English Aggregation with the aim of becoming a teacher in this language . From a young age, I was fascinated by the English language and its ability to connect people across the world. Over the years, this passion deepened and evolved into a burning desire to pass on this love for the English language and culture to others. My own experience as a person with dyslexia has allowed me to understand that traditional teaching can be complex, but I have discovered that this is not an end in itself; on the contrary, it motivated me to explore alternative and inclusive teaching methods
I am therefore committed to providing constructive feedback and using interactive methods, such as role-playing and fun activities, to make learning as engaging as possible (interviews, lesson themes appreciated by the student, situation...). In addition, more basic exercises in grammar, written comprehension/expression, vocabulary exercises, summaries/synthesis of documents, etc., are entirely possible activities.
I can adapt to a teacher's specific program and offer reinforcement or support sessions for middle and high school students!
