About Sharjeel
Hi, I’m Sharjeel, and I’m a private tutor studying at Oxford who’s passionate about helping students truly understand what they’re learning — not just memorise it for the next test. I started tutoring because I know how it feels to sit in a classroom and think, “I don’t get this, but I don’t know how to ask for help.” I’ve been there — stuck, frustrated, or even convinced I wasn’t “good at” a subject. But over time, I realised that everyone learns differently — and that the way something is taught can make all the difference. That’s why I teach: because I believe that with the right explanation, the right approach, and the right support, any student can succeed. I don’t just want you to pass your exams — I want you to feel confident, to understand the subject deeply, and to actually enjoy learning again. My tutoring is personal, relaxed, and tailored to you. My tutoring isn’t one-size-fits-all. I focus on helping you understand concepts in a way that makes sense to you, not just what the textbook says.
