About Ayaan
I take punctuality and preparation seriously — I always review a student's specific exam board and current topic before a lesson, so no time is wasted getting up to speed. Each session is tailored to the individual student rather than following a fixed script, and I'm happy to adjust pace and focus based on upcoming tests, coursework deadlines, or exam dates.
I respond to messages promptly and am flexible with scheduling around school commitments, including evenings and weekends. If a concept doesn't click first time, I have several different ways of explaining it and won't move on until a student feels genuinely confident, not just able to repeat something back.
I'm also happy to offer a short introductory session first, so a student and their parent can make sure it's a good fit before committing to regular lessons.

- I have had exposure to tutoring and teaching experiences through being an older brother having to tutor the younger brother. This allowed me to learn how is best to structure tutoring sessions/lessons for students - by identifying exactly where a student is stuck and where the weak points are, then working through the concept from initial principles before moving on to exam-style questions.
- Lessons can be of varied length depending on your preferences - the average lesson is about 1 hour in length
- Lessons are for anyone from GCSE level and below (if at GCSE level, AQA for Chemistry and Physics and either AQA or Edexcel for Maths)
