About Lukas
I taught ESOL privately (face to face and online) while I was in Sixth Form and during my fourth year of my undergraduate degree. After graduating with a 1st in Italian with Japanese, I enrolled on a postgraduate course in teaching, which gave me a lot of valuable experience in teaching ESOL in Further Education (FE). The course provided me with a year of experience in teaching ESOL to adults in an FE college. I finished the course in June 2019 and I'm ready to continue teaching.

I have taught ESOL as part of my postgraduate course in teaching, and I am well-versed in grammar and aware of differences in language due to having studied three different languages at university. Other than English, I can speak Polish, Italian, Japanese and Russian. I'm also studying Mandarin.
Languages are my passion and I would like to share that passion with my students.
My lessons can be tailored to whatever you want to do, whether you want to focus on grammar or simply talking. They are student-centred and I will make sure that the lessons are relevant to you.
When it comes to grammar, I will always contextualise it and show you how you can use it in the real world.
I believe that the best way to learn is to be comfortable with your teacher, and that is exactly what I can offer you!
