About Zinat

I am Zinat, a current Veterinary medicine student studying at James Cook University, with a previous study at the University of Sydney. I have privately tutored for 4 years, with which my students have achieved excelling results in Math and the Sciences. ATAR: 96.35 Subjects: Band 6- Chemistry, Biology, Math 2U Band 5- Physics, Advanced English Awards: - High achievers award from Human Appeal (2018) - Scholarship at USYD (2019) - Dalyell Scholars Program integrated into my degree (University of Sydney)

About the lesson

• Run a critical assessment on students’ strengths and weaknesses, looking into their difficulties and staging out a schedule to work on current issues and progression of content further than school, so that content and skills are easier for the students as they continue school.
• Provide private instructions to each student to improve academic performance
• Assess student progress throughout the sessions
• Collaborate with students and parents to develop a plan for the student's progress and needs
• Prepare teaching and practice material such as quizzes, worksheets, criteria, and notes
• Provide critical feedback to students using positive reinforcement to encourage, motivate and build confidence for the students
• Ensure that students feel safe and mentally supported

My teaching capabilities are based on high professionalism and flexibility of styles to accommodate student needs for all ages K-10. I have found that 1.5 to 2 hours of lessons are effective for students. My abilities are reflected by the amazing results and improvements performed by my students. I have taught all sciences, maths, and English as well as assisted in other subjects enquired by the students.
