The first lesson is free! This is a chance for me to find out your study goals and to decide on what level textbook should be used. This is your chance to get to know me and decide if you want to take lessons with me.

Once you have decided you want to take lessons with me, then this is my cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel please message me at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson. You will not be refunded for the cancelled lesson if you have already paid instead the lesson will be rescheduled. If you are late for the lesson you will still pay have to pay the full price but you will only be taught for the remaining hour of the lesson.

You can either pay upfront or pay a 50% deposit. The balance is due within a month. If payment isn't received within a month lessons will be cancelled.
