About Gareth
I Graduated from the University of York (Russell Group) with a First class Honours with Distinction in Philosophy. I achieved 90% in my dissertation on Philosophical Logic and published three different papers in Undergraduate Journals, all on Metaphysics. I've tutored using an online service for around 18 months, tutoring around a dozen students and achieving 100% 5* feedback.

I adopt a progressive teaching style that aims to encourage hard work, passion and enthusiasm. I would prefer to take on an eager student achieving Es, than an A* student with no passion. I encourage debate and discussion, and teach my students how to find the answer themselves, rather than be told what to think. I develop my own teaching aids, handouts and podcasts that I distribute at no additional costs to my students.
