You should hire me as an ESL teacher because I am committed to making every lesson meaningful, engaging, and effective for my students. I am patient and understanding, especially when working with learners who may feel shy or less confident when speaking English. I know that learning a language takes time and practice, so I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and improving. I am also adaptable and willing to use different teaching strategies based on each student’s level, needs, and learning style. Beyond teaching grammar and vocabulary, I want to help my students develop confidence, communication skills, and a genuine interest in learning English.
