About Mona
Hello and welcome! This is Dr. Mohini Rughani, a PhD holder in Commerce with over 15 years of experience teaching undergraduate, postgraduate, and research-level students. I’ve guided hundreds of learners in subjects like Finance, Marketing, and Research Methodology, helping them not only improve academically but also build practical understanding and confidence. I’m known for my student-friendly approach, deep subject knowledge, and ability to simplify complex concepts using real-life examples and interactive discussions. Whether you're preparing for exams, working on a thesis, or simply want to strengthen your fundamentals, I ensure you feel supported, respected, and empowered in every session. As a passionate educator with a PhD in Commerce and 15+ years of teaching experience, my approach is centered on clarity, real-world application, and student engagement.
I use a mix of conceptual explanation, case studies, live examples, interactive questioning, and visual aids (PPTs, charts, and mind maps) to simplify complex topics in Finance, Marketing, and Research Methodology.
Each class typically begins with a quick recap of previous concepts, followed by an in-depth discussion of new topics. I ensure there is ample time for Q&A, doubt resolution, and concept reinforcement through examples or small assignments.
I believe in customizing my teaching based on the student’s academic level and learning speed. Whether it's guiding research projects, preparing for university exams, or understanding practical applications, I ensure my students leave each session with confidence and clarity.
My classes are ideal for college and university-level students (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, PhD aspirants), as well as working professionals who wish to strengthen their understanding of business and research fundamentals.
