About Abbey
Hi! My name is Abbey. You will find me exploring the wide world of Arts and Crafts, walking outdoors, watching a binge-worthy TV show, or reading a book in my free time. I am based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and I absolutely love helping students grow in confidence and ability. Through my university training and classroom placements, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and effective, engaging teaching strategies.
My tutoring style is supportive, positive, and tailored to each child’s unique learning needs. I create a calm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and celebrating their progress. I use clear explanations, guided practice, and interactive activities to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
I work with primary students from Prep to Year 6 in Mathematics, English, Science, and other core subjects.
I’m patient, kind-hearted, and genuinely passionate about helping every student feel capable, supported, and proud of their achievements.
I am excited to support you on your learning journey and help you discover just how capable you truly are!
