About Muhida
I am a Clinical and Community Psychologist (BSc First) with an MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching, and a parent with lived experience navigating domestic abuse and raising a child with ADHD/autism. I combine professional expertise and real-life insight to provide trauma-informed, practical, and empathetic coaching for parents and families.
