About Isabel
I have 8 years of teaching experience and hold a Master of Education in TESOL. Throughout my career, I have taught students from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, helping them improve English for education, employment, travel, and personal development. I enjoy creating supportive learning environments where students feel motivated to communicate with confidence.
One learner joined my classes before starting a new position in an international company where English was the primary workplace language. We practiced business conversations, presentation skills, professional email writing, and workplace vocabulary through realistic situations. Within a few months, the learner communicated confidently with colleagues, participated actively in meetings, and adapted successfully to the new work environment.
I believe every learner improves through consistent practice, encouragement, and meaningful communication rather than memorization alone. My classroom promotes curiosity, active participation, and positive reinforcement while allowing students to develop confidence at their own pace. Every lesson is designed to create lasting language skills that extend beyond the classroom.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading contemporary English literature, attending language education seminars, and exploring innovative teaching methods that make learning more engaging. These experiences allow me to continually improve my lessons while introducing fresh ideas and authentic language into every class. I begin by learning about each student's background, current English ability, and personal learning goals before designing an individualized study plan. This allows every lesson to focus on practical improvement while maintaining a comfortable learning pace. Each class combines structured instruction with interactive communication activities.
Grammar is presented through everyday situations so learners understand how language functions naturally in conversation. Vocabulary expands through topics including education, business, travel, technology, and daily life that students can immediately apply outside the classroom. Pronunciation practice strengthens clarity through listening exercises, guided repetition, and personalized speaking feedback.
Conversation activities encourage students to participate confidently in discussions, interviews, presentations, and social interactions. Reading exercises use authentic materials that improve comprehension while introducing useful vocabulary and expressions. Writing tasks focus on emails, essays, reports, and everyday communication to strengthen grammar, organization, and written fluency.
Students preparing for IELTS, TOEFL, school examinations, university admission, workplace communication, or international relocation receive customized preparation with realistic practice activities and continuous progress reviews. I provide detailed feedback after every lesson and adjust teaching strategies according to each learner's development. Every class concludes with personalized revision exercises that strengthen long-term retention and encourage independent learning.
