About Faith
I am a piano tutor with 6 years of teaching experience. I hold a BM in Sacred Music with a focus on piano and organ. My academic training provides strong foundations in technique, theory, and historical knowledge. I also perform ragtime, stride, and early jazz piano. I teach both children and adult learners. Lessons focus on building technical skill, musicality, and historical awareness. Improvisation is emphasized in jazz and ragtime repertoire. Students develop phrasing, articulation, and rhythm. Beginners gain confidence at the keyboard. Advanced students refine interpretation and improvisation skills. Lessons combine structured exercises with creative exploration.
