About Susan
My name is Susan Carabello and I am a certified yoga teacher, with a focus on building strength and inner peace. My teaching style is a mix of strength and ease, working at a pace that feels most comfortable for my students. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe to move, to express yourself, to ask questions and grow in your practice, with the goal of becoming stronger and centered.

I specialize in individual yoga and pilates instruction with a focus on building strength and inner peace. I teach various styles including vinyasa flow as well as ashtanga. I am a CYT-200HR currently training as a RYT-500HR with a focus on personalized instruction for individuals and athletes.
