About Cindy
After all 3 of my pregnancies, I lost weight by learning how to work with my body instead of fighting it. I stopped obsessing over food, extreme restriction and all-or-nothing thinking, and focused instead on sustainable habits, recovery, movement, mindset and nourishment.
My coaching is designed for women who want real, lasting change without burnout. Together, we focus on building a healthier relationship with food, understanding your body, creating routines that fit your real life, and making progress in a way that feels calm and maintainable.
I understand how emotional and overwhelming weight loss can feel especially when hormones, stress, motherhood or self-doubt are involved. My approach is supportive, practical and judgement-free.
Clients leave sessions feeling lighter mentally as well as physically: with clarity, confidence and realistic next steps they can actually sustain.
