About Lola
I have been in the baking industry for the past 9 years in which I have perfected my skills as a top-notch cake decorator as well as a respected sugar artist. My passion, however, is to share my knowledge with other avid decorators & my drive to afford women from all walks of life the opportunity to be successful & independent business owners.

My cake decorating courses are practical, fun & engaging, supplying students with lifelong skills that will be useful for years to come, either to make cakes for family and friends on a part-time basis or as a full-time career in the ever-growing cake decorating field. The unique and easy techniques taught have been practiced, perfected, and developed over 8 years of not only being in the industry but also teaching hundreds of students from all over the country, which have gone on to become top-class cake decorators. Throughout the courses, there are comprehensive step-by-step demonstrations, where every technique and step required is fully explained. After each demonstration, students will execute each featured step under constant supervision.
