About Ariana
I started synchronized swimming at 6 years old and had to quit at 16 due to physical injuries and mental exhaustion. I have participated in championships in Catalonia and in Spanish championships, I obtained medals in duo, team and combo and I had good results in both figures and solo.
As a swimmer she stood out for her flexibility and naturalness when swimming, she also had very good apnea.
From my own experience I know how hard this sport is and I know how much we give ourselves to it, for that reason I want to be a little help that only allows you to enjoy while you improve.

In the classes I apply the methodology that worked for me personally but I also have knowledge of other learning techniques that can be adjusted to the needs of the student.
The big three points are; the technique of execution, flexibility, strength and endurance.
My goal is for the student to get their full potential and, above all, to be able to enjoy this wonderful sport in the best possible way, feeling satisfied with their work.
