About Blythe
As a multi-disciplinary creative, I have worked as a writer, animator, concept and storyboard artist - collaborating with film and advertising companies - including Northern Pictures, Jungle Entertainment, 2and2, OMD, Step One and The Fable.
I am highly skilled in both digital and traditional art of all mediums and I look forward to sharing my art techniques and knowledge with you.

About the lesson

I teach my students the five main principles of art: perspective, proportion, lighting, composition and colours. These principles apply not only to visual art but also to graphic design, art direction, digital media, film and animation.
My classes run for an hour and a half and are suitable for anyone at any age.
I teach the following subjects: acrylic painting, oil painting, watercolour painting, digital painting, pencil drawing, character design, concept art, storyboard art and cartoon/caricature art.
I have had over three years of experience as an art teacher for One Art Studio (located in Sydney, Australia) and as a one-on-one private art tutor. I also work in other creative fields as a storyboard artist, concept artist and graphic designer for film, television and advertising companies.
