Come join me for beginners tai chi on a private beach setting to get grounded, cleanse your energy and uplift your daily vibes. Release all that no longer serves you and begin to become one with you. Tai chi when done correctly uplifts your body so you don’t have to. As a 20-year massage therapist that does not get tired of my hands in work I owe it all to tai chi. Let me show you how.
