About Irene
I am a graduate of the Queensland Technology University in Brisbane, where I obtained a degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Visual Art. Additionally, I hold a prestigious certificate in Jewelry Design from the Gemmology Institute of America.
My educational background, coupled with my passion for language learning, positions me as a well-rounded and knowledgeable tutor. I understand the importance of effective communication and the role language plays in bridging cultural gaps. Having grown up in both Australia and Asia, I navigated an international bilingual environment, which has not only enriched my linguistic abilities but also provided me with a deep appreciation for diverse cultures.
As a language tutor, I am committed to instilling confidence in my students and fostering an environment that promotes effective learning. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your language learning goals, whether it be excelling in your IELTS exam or simply enhancing your language proficiency.

I believe to achieve the best result in teaching the tutor should create a supportive and encouraging learning environment, fostering a positive attitude towards language acquisition. Tailoring the teaching approach to the individual needs of each student is essential for effective language learning and exam preparation. Tailor lessons to the individual needs of the student. Identify their strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences to create a personalised curriculum. Lessons are offered for students aiming to achieve above 7.5 score in the IELTS exam. This could include intermediate to advanced English learners.
