About Dr Sushma

I m an Ayurveda doctor, who belive in prevention over cure. Yoga is my passion. I have worked with women suffering with Hormonal imbalance, Infertility, PCOD, fibroids, ENDOMETRIOSIS, hypothyroidism etc conditions. I believe in curing the conditions with Diet and Yoga.

About the lesson

Sessions are designed after lots of research. Including simple asanas And yoga flow for your specific conditions including PCOD, fibroid, ENDOMETRIOSIS, low AMH etc.
More than 50 women have conceived Naturally in my 3 years of practice. And many have cured there conditions naturally.
