About Lopamudra
I am an alumni from Hopetown Girls’ school, Dehradun going to an Art college soon. I have been trained and practice IYENGAR YOGA for years now. I have cleared examinations from Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute, Pune with top grades.

About the lesson

My teaching method is 1 hour class for 5/6 days a week. Starting with a prayer at each session then moving on to āsanās. Each day will cover a different set of āsanās. I will explain the benefits of the āsanās side by side.

Lopamudra is a really good at yoga and I have seen her work hard at it and also have seen her helping juniors in our school. She is really good with students and kids and I know will be great at her job.
she works effortlessly and does her best. makes sure what she does, she puts her heart and soul into it. and as a yoga instructor, she would definitely be not only a trustworthy teacher but also a very joyful teacher.
