About Henry
For the past 12 years, I have been teaching ESL to school and college students who want to improve their English for academics, careers, and everyday communication. I believe learning should be interactive, practical, and motivating, allowing every student to develop confidence step by step.
I teach grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, writing, pronunciation, conversation, Business English, workplace communication, academic writing, English literature support, exam preparation, and presentation skills.
My teaching approach combines traditional instruction with innovative methods such as digital learning platforms, interactive quizzes, storytelling, role-playing, educational videos, group discussions, and real-life communication activities. Students actively practice English in every lesson to improve fluency naturally.
I provide regular assessments, personalized lesson plans, and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Every learner receives individual attention and guidance throughout the learning journey.
I strive to create a positive learning environment where students become confident, independent English speakers prepared for school, college, professional life, and global communication.

My teaching philosophy is built around helping students gain practical English skills through active participation and consistent encouragement. I believe communication, creativity, flexibility, accountability, and integrity are the keys to successful language learning. Every lesson is personalized to match the student's level, interests, and learning objectives.
I focus on improving speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation using discussions, storytelling, role-playing, reading activities, writing exercises, videos, and real-world situations. My lessons encourage students to use English confidently while developing both fluency and accuracy. Learning becomes more effective when students actively participate instead of only listening.
I remain flexible by adjusting my teaching methods according to each learner's progress. Regular assessments, revision sessions, and detailed feedback help students improve continuously. I create a positive atmosphere where mistakes are treated as opportunities to learn and grow.
Accountability is maintained through organized study plans, homework, and regular progress reviews. Integrity means being honest, respectful, patient, and committed to helping every learner achieve success.
