About Afolabi

Welcome! My name is Afolabi, and I am a dedicated and results-driven Mathematics teacher with over ten years of teaching experience across four different schools. Throughout my career, I have consistently helped students build confidence, strengthen problem solving skills, and achieve academic success in mathematics.
I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, a qualification that has equipped me with strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills. This background allows me to teach mathematics in a structured, practical, and technologically informed way that helps students understand not just how to solve problems, but why solutions work.
Over the past decade, I have worked with diverse learners, adapting my teaching methods to suit different abilities and learning styles. My approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts, using real-life examples, and creating an engaging classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated.
I believe mathematics is more than numbers, it is a powerful tool for critical thinking, discipline, and lifelong success. My mission is to inspire students to overcome their fear of mathematics and discover their full potential.

About the lesson

My name is Adedigba Afolabi, and I’m delighted that you’re considering learning with me. My belief is that education works best when it’s personal, supportive, and engaging. Every student learns differently, and my role as a tutor is to understand how you learn or assimilate so we can build confidence and real understanding together.

I have experience working with students of different abilities and backgrounds, and I focus not just on improving grades, but on strengthening core skills, critical thinking, and self-belief. Looking forward to having you as my student
