About Manish
I am a passionate and concept-driven Science educator with a strong focus on Chemistry teaching. My teaching philosophy is built around inquiry, reasoning, experimentation, and real-life application rather than rote memorization.
I believe that students learn Science best when they are encouraged to ask “Why?” and “How?”. Therefore, I design learning experiences that begin with situations, observations, questions, and problems, allowing students to explore concepts and arrive at conclusions through logical thinking.
My teaching approach combines CBSE curriculum alignment with higher-order thinking, including application-based questions, case studies, assertion–reason questions, challenging MCQs, numerical problems, and real-world situations. I particularly focus on helping students understand the reasoning behind chemical concepts instead of simply remembering reactions, formulas, or definitions.
I also believe in continuously improving my teaching through technology, AI tools, innovative classroom strategies, and digital learning resources. My goal is to make Chemistry more understandable, engaging, and intellectually challenging while developing students' confidence in solving unfamiliar problems.
