About Destiny
I am a stay-at-home mom of 3 beautiful babies. I want to pursue a degree in elementary education. I don't have any fancy degrees, but I love reading and writing and excelled at it when I was in school. I want to help you grow. I want you to see potential you have for yourself.

My teaching approach is student-centered, supportive, and adaptable to each learner's needs. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps while encouraging critical thinking and confidence. I use a combination of explanations, guided practice, real-world examples, and interactive discussions to help students fully understand the material rather than simply memorize it.
A typical lesson includes:
Review – Briefly revisit previous concepts and answer any questions.
Introduction of New Material – Explain new topics using clear examples and demonstrations.
Guided Practice – Work through problems or exercises together.
Independent Practice – Allow the student to apply what they've learned with support as needed.
Assessment and Feedback – Check understanding, identify areas for improvement, and discuss strategies for continued success.
Homework or Next Steps – Provide optional practice and goals for the next session.
I strive to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I am patient, approachable, and dedicated to helping students build both their knowledge and confidence. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor lessons to each student's learning style, pace, and academic goals.
My lessons are suitable for:
Elementary, middle school, and high school students
I currently don't have any degree but, I want to return to college to become an elementary teacher.
