I teach hatha yoga in small classes and one to one. My background is remedial and classic yoga. I include a reading, relaxation, breathing, postures and a longer relaxation and meditation at the end.

Helen is a very consciousness teacher who continually checks her students are in the correct position and offers alternative position when necessary. She encourages you to listen to your body. The short meditation at the end is very good. I always enjoy her class.
