My daughter is 8 yrs old and has a gifted voice. After 7-8 months of learning classical singing from Gitali ma’am, this month my daughter participated in a National Level interschool Classical singing competition “Heritage Art and Cultural Fest” where around 98 schools from 43 cities participated alongwith a few international entries. I am very happy to share that she has secured 2nd rank.

Last year I was exploring for the right music teacher who could groom my daughter and bring out her natural talent such that my daughter could not only sing well but enjoy it. After trying with a couple of teachers I finally got in touch with Gitali ma’am as her credentials and experience looked excellent. She is now teaching my daughter since last 7-8 months starting from the very basics (alankars) and finally guiding her towards singing ragas. Gitali ma’ams method of teaching is very good and natural. Ma’am teaches in a very positive way and makes sure that each and every sur is sung in the right way followed by ragas. I am very happy to have her as my daughter’s music teacher and would recommend her for anyone who is sincerely interested in learning singing.
