About Sakthi
I've been practicing meditation and spirituality for more than 8 years. All the things that I've learned have helped me with my negative mindset and overthinking. Now I live a peaceful and positive life.
I would love to share and help those who are going through the same things I once went through.
For someone who is neurodivergent, my mind was my biggest enemy. Learning meditation, understanding psychology, and turning to spiritual teachings like Buddhism and many others helped me find my strength and uniqueness in this world.
Now, I believe it's time to share the wisdom I learned with others too.

I teach not only meditation, but also provide the knowledge and skills to understand and work with your mind and conditioning. Because I believe the enemy is not somewhere outside but inside.

2. Anger issues or a negative mindset can be solved through these sessions.
For me, meditation is not just a tool but a way of life that should be integrated into everyday life by anyone who wishes for a positive future.
