About Aditi

Hello! I’m Aditi Jain, and yoga has been a deeply personal and healing journey for me. I started practicing yoga to find balance during stressful phases of life — and over time, it helped me not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. Now, I want to share that calm, strength, and clarity with others — especially beginners who think yoga is “too hard” or “not for them.”

Perfect! I would highly recommend Aditi . She is always well prepared for every session and introduces different yoga postures and techniques each time. She is very organised and also flexible with my schedule, which I truly appreciate.

I especially enjoy the face yoga, relaxation techniques, and the calming prayers before and after each session. classes are not only beneficial for the body, but also very refreshing for the mind.

Aditi also encourages journalling after sessions, which has become a meaningful habit for me and has helped me reflect more positively in daily life.
She creates such a warm and calming atmosphere, and I always leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and re-energised. Highly recommended.
