About Mary Joy
I am a university graduate and an experienced English tutor with nearly 7 years of teaching experience. I’ve worked with kids, beginners, and shy learners, helping them build confidence in reading, grammar, pronunciation, and speaking in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
I am patient, friendly, and passionate about guiding students at their own pace. My goal is to make each lesson comfortable, engaging, and effective so students can confidently use English in everyday life.

My teaching approach is patient, friendly, and student-centered. I aim to create a comfortable space where students can practice English confidently without pressure. I use simple explanations, reading tasks, pronunciation drills, grammar practice, and interactive speaking activities to keep lessons engaging and easy to follow.
A typical lesson includes a warm-up conversation, vocabulary or reading practice, a focus on grammar or pronunciation, and speaking activities to help students use English naturally.
What makes me different is my experience with beginner and shy learners. I help students build confidence step by step while keeping lessons fun and encouraging.
My lessons are ideal for kids, beginners, and students who want to improve their reading, grammar, pronunciation, and speaking skills.
