About Nathália
I have a degree in physical education from the University of Brasília since 2016. In 2017 I started to practice pole and fell in love with the sport, and since then I started to enjoy and dedicate myself more and more. I have a specialization in resistance training with a focus on women.

I aim to provide qualified service to students, so that they feel satisfied with the classes and the results. Well-being is the biggest concern and for that I organize a personalized planning in a safe way that responds to expectations. I like to give dynamic and lively classes, containing a little bit of strengthening, stretching and specific pole training. I try to align what the student wants with what he needs, so that his body is never overloaded. In addition to the physical and well-being that physical activity provides, pole is an exercise that also brings self-esteem. It is a way of exercising in a relaxed, different way, which helps in self-esteem and in many other aspects of life. Come and try it, sure you will like it !!!
