About Verna

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.

My name is Teacher Verna, and I am a licensed professional teacher with more than eleven years of teaching experience. I taught for five years as a Preschool Teacher at an American school in Doha, Qatar, spent three years teaching in a private school in the Philippines, and I am currently a public school teacher.
As a tutor, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student feels comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I prepare my lessons carefully, adapt my teaching style to each learner's needs, and focus on building both academic skills and confidence.
You can expect me to be punctual, patient, organized, and dedicated to helping your child succeed. I believe that every student has the potential to grow with the right guidance, encouragement, and consistent support.

My goal is to make learning enjoyable, engaging, and easy to understand. I create lessons that match each student's needs, helping them build confidence, improve their skills, and achieve their academic goals at their own pace.

I would be honored to support your child's learning journey. I look forward to working with you and helping your child succeed. Thank you, and I hope to see you in class soon!
