About Mary Amanda
I have taught K-12 grade for 34 years. Physical education and health are my specialties. I know how to get children as young as 5 interested in their body and how it works.
Teenagers are always interested in how to lose weight and I can teach them how to do this in a healthy way.
I am a Mom of 2 kids. One of them is in college and the other one is 13. They are the light of my life.
I love to play golf and watch college football.
