Hi I'm Ramya
Intially I had a very bad body and my mental health was not intact that is when my friend suggested me aerobics and Zumba classes after joining I noticed few changes in my energy level and in my body after an year I sltarted loosing weight and my body shape was becoming proper I learnt so much in these classes so many lessons I took away that is wheni realised Imust and should share my knowledge and experience to the ppl who really need it
So yeah this is my short story I'llshare my whole story in the class
