3 years study in yoga research. 16 years with a breath master, 20 plus years in Ashtanga, taught in India by Pattabhi Jois Mysore and Kaivalyananda institute Pune. Have a TQFE. Lecture in comp therapy. Teach breathing on TT’s in Scotland. Love Yoga

I am flexible and go with the class or individual needs. I always focus on the breath or we just don’t have yoga. My approach is simply to allow others to learn and grow in a safe environment, gain knowledge to help give a grounded foundation for self practice.
