I’m a student studying teaching in South Africa Pretoria.
I love helping people achieve their intellectual goal or skill, and also teaching them the importance of how to use that skill in their actual life.
It is a necessity for me to help where I know I can help.

My first lesson with any candidate will be free of charge, we will be getting to know each other and I will also detect which way of learning would be easier for the student.
I will ensure the correct study path and my goal as turor will be that the student understands the topic of each lesson.

Helen's personality makes me feel so comfortable. In the first session (which was free) she explained everything I needed to know about my fitness plan. This plan included cardio, strength and bodyweight strength. The second session was eased into and it was really good. I'll keep training with her for sure and I recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
