About Katie
My mom couldn't speak Afrikaans. Even after 32 years, she can hardly understand it. I want to show students and teach them that it's not that difficult! Plus, having Afrikaans on one's CV will look pretty epic if you ask me! I'm just a SAHM looking to help people learn some new languages.

Born in England raised in South Africa. I can speak both languages fluently. No need to rush! Take it day by day. Both my children speak fluently in both languages. Afrikaans is a very unique language, which I found quite easy to learn.
