About Monika Marguerite
From the time I was young, people instinctively came to me with their sorrows, their secrets, and the tender places they didn’t show anyone else. I didn’t have language for it then—I only knew that something in me created safety, that my presence helped hearts soften and breathe again. Holding space felt as natural as breathing. Over the years, that quiet gift revealed itself as my purpose: to walk beside women in the sacred thresholds of their lives, guiding them through the fires of transition and into the rebirth of a truer, soul-aligned identity. This work isn’t just what I do—it is the calling that has lived in me from the beginning, a devotion to helping women remember who they are becoming.

I specialize in transformation coaching that integrates somatic practices, evidence‑based emotional regulation, and intuitive insight. My method is highly personalized: I combine breathwork, mindfulness, EFT, and narrative work with spiritual practices and ritual to help women move through loss, burnout, and identity shifts into renewed clarity and agency.
