About Chandrashekhar

I have completed my Master’s degree in Science and have nearly eight years of teaching experience at the secondary level, teaching both Science and Mathematics. Over the years, I have learned that students understand and remember things better when concepts are explained in a simple, clear, and practical way. So, I always try to make my lessons easy to understand and connect what students learn in the classroom with real-life situations. I believe that teaching should not be only about the teacher explaining and students listening. I prefer a student-centered approach, where students are encouraged to ask questions, share their ideas, participate in discussions, solve problems, and express themselves freely.
For me, teaching and learning is a two-way process. Students learn from their teachers, but teachers can also learn many new ideas and different ways of thinking from their students. Every student is different, and each one has their own abilities, interests, strengths, and something special within them. I believe that every student has a hidden potential or talent, and a good teacher should help them discover and develop it. That is why I try to understand how my students learn best and adjust my teaching accordingly. My aim is to create a classroom where students feel comfortable, respected, involved, and confident, while making Science and Mathematics enjoyable and meaningful for them.

About the lesson

As a Science and Mathematics teacher, I want my students to understand why they are learning something, not just memorize formulas or facts. I try to make my lessons simple, interesting, and connected to everyday life so that students can see how what they learn can be useful outside the classroom.
I like to involve students in the learning process through questions, discussions, demonstrations, experiments, problem-solving activities, and real-life examples. I encourage them to ask questions, share their ideas, and learn from their mistakes. I believe making mistakes is a natural and important part of learning.
