About Tushara
I have been training in yoga for about 4 years now and in classical dance for 15 years. Yoga pleasantly surprised me as it accelerated my progress towards physical, mental and emotional stability. I would like to help other students discover these benefits themselves and aid them in their journey towards self love, through movement.
