About Danelle

My name is Danelle and I am 21 years old. I am a native English speaker, I have a GA level 5 TEFL Diploma certificate. I am qualified to work with students of all ages.

I see myself as a very organized person, punctual, and always ready to learn something new and build on the knowledge I have. I am enthusiastic, hard-working, a team player, communicate well with people of all ages, and achieve the goals that I set my mind to. I have exceptional verbal and writing skills, I communicate respectfully, and I am a diligent worker. I am also very responsible, honest, reliable, and always make sure that my work is on time. I work according to ethics in my working environment, I achieve the goals that I set for myself, and I love a good challenge. I embrace succeeding in life, growing my knowledge, and I would love to continue to set an excellent example for those around me. I am dependable, and I manage my time very well. I work exceptionally well under pressure, and I have what it takes to be an excellent writer that is committed to achieving the best that I can.

I enjoy working with children, guiding them as they grow and teaching them. I get a sense of achievement when children have learnt something and made progress. I am patient, kind and caring. I make an effort and take the time needed to teach and explain concepts to children in a way that they will understand better. I feel that any interaction a person has with a child has a huge influence on that child's life so I want to be able to make a difference in children's lives, and be a good influence in their lives.

My life motto is: It is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

About the lesson

What makes me unique as a teacher is that I use teaching methodologies and teaching styles according to what the student needs or responds best too, meaning I teach according to what my students specifically need to be taught by asking them a few questions about their interests, and asking them to do a series of tests to determine what skills need to be bettered. I am an English native speaker and my second language is Afrikaans. My lessons are fun, engaging, positive, and full of learning material designed according to the learners needs. It is also my top priority to offer a safe and fruitful learning environment. I am qualified to work with students of all ages, as I have been qualified to teach Business English.
