About Charlene

I am a 38-year-old lady, married and I have two kids. I have a passion and love for teaching as it gives me the opportunity to see my students become who they desire to be. I derive satisfaction from knowing I play a part in their development. I love traveling, meeting different types of people and getting to know their cultures and ways of life. I love nature and visiting new places.

About the lesson

I believe that all learners are different and hence the lessons should take that into consideration. My lessons are engaging and energetic,in as much as they are designed to achieve the aims and objectives. To achieve this there is need to find out what inspires the learners. I also realized that to keep them motivated I need to keep my lessons interactive. A properly structured lesson, which allows for effective learning takes into account and makes provision for activities that may not have desired results depending on the way they are received. I use different teaching methods depending on age and level of the students. All these make for a complete and well rounded lesson.
