About Anastasia
I am a final year Westminster student from London teaching english as a foreign language. I completed a 14 week Teaching English as Foreign Language Qualification (TEFL) and so know how to teach English step by step to build up your level of fluency and comprehension. I currently teach a girl in China English every week, so have experience in teaching non english-speakers and how best to approach it. I am also a linguist studying Chinese with predicted A* for A-level and achieved a 9 in both English Language and English Literature for GCSE, so I am skilled at working in different languages and learning new languages.

I am friendly and patient, and will help you in the areas where you need it most while also consolidating existing knowledge. My lessons are conversation based as I think talking about a range of topics in english is the best way to achieve fluency and progress. Students can let me know which areas they struggle with most and I will use this to create a thorough study approach. Lessons are flexible and I will adapt my method to you and your level so you can get the most out of our lesson. As we speak I will correct you to make sure small mispronunciation and grammatical errors aren't overlooked as you become more confident speaking English.
